Can I Maintain A Healthy Body?

I never considered myself fat or overweight, but compared to 10 years ago I have put on a few pounds. My doctor seems to think that I could lose 10lbs and suggested I try dieting and exercise. I hate the word “diet”. I can start a diet and have really good intentions of sticking to it, but the diet never seems to last for more than a few days to a week. Something always comes up: that party I have to attend, dinner and moves with friends, or a holiday. As for exercising…well I will start working out (walking or doing a working out tape), but again I always seem to let other things pop up and the work outs just stop. I seriously looked at my body and thought I need to tone…seriously tone up! So starting today I will be eating better (not dieting) cutting calories to start then slowly adding different foods. I’m also going to start working out to maintain a healthy weight and body. I will keep you posted on my progress…thanks for coming along. Smooches!!!
